How to Obtain your CHRP
The process to obtain your CHRP Designation through HRANS is as follows. You must:
In order to write the NPPA, members must have already passed the NKE. The two exams cannot be written on the same exam date.
At present, members of HRANS do not have an academic or experience pre-requisite to write the National Knowledge Exam™ (NKE).
CCHRA strongly recommends that CHRP candidates have at least three (3) to five (5) years of practical experience in HR management before attempting the National Professional Practice Assessment™ (NPPA).
New Degree Requirement as of January 1, 2011
CHRP Candidates – those who have passed the National Knowledge Exam™ (NKE) - will require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in order to register for the National Professional Practice Assessment™ (NPPA) and qualify for the CHRP designation. more... |
