Starting with our own experience of "Coaching in the Workplace" this interactive presentation will engage participants in understanding coaching as an organizational strategy that is interpersonal, able to integrate generations, enhancing of organizational culture and developmental for leaders at all levels.
About the Speaker
Brian Duggan, CCC, CHRP is a seasoned Consultant and Human Resources Professional who has extensive experience working with Executives and employees in leadership roles, in the public and private sectors. His background includes over twenty years experience as a consultant in a developmental capacity. Brian’s approach is hands on, solution focused and respectful of both organization and employee objectives. He has provided developmental coaching to leaders, managers and executives.
Brian is a member of the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia, The Canadian Institute of Management, The Nova Scotia Association of Professional Counselors, and The Canadian Counseling Association.

Cancellation Policy:
Those who make reservations and do not attend will be invoiced for the full dinner fee as we order the meals in advance. Cancellations received in writing prior to noon on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 will not be invoiced. Refunds are only available if received in writing prior to noon on Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of the event. Member/non-member rates will be applied.
