Whether you’re just finishing up your formal education or have been looking for that leg up to move your career to the next level, the experts in this half day session will teach you the ins and outs of marketing yourself for success. About the Speakers:
Joe Moore has been providing career guidance, financial counselling and retirement planning advice to Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette’s career transition clients for well over a decade. Joe has a real talent for offering advice that is rich in common sense, and makes the complex simple and manageable. As an established relationship builder with a genuine commitment to both the firm and his clients, Joe always exudes a positive attitude and a great sense of humour.
In his previous career, Joe held sales and administrative roles with a leading insurance company, and he worked in the insolvency area with a national accounting firm. Joe holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University.
Brenda Fair has been a principal of Fairwinds Training & Development Inc. since 1995 and has been highly evaluated as a trainer, consultant and facilitator. Brenda sits on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Halifax Chamber of Commerce. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional.
Her greatest assets are her ability to facilitate strategic planning and work process improvement sessions. Fairwinds Training & Development offers both seminar style training as well as individual, one-on-one training and consulting programs. Brenda sees the role of facilitator as one who moves the client through the process, getting to the strategic issues and developing goals that are attainable and realistic, contributing to the success of their organization.
