Membership Application

Prospective members may apply for full, associate or student membership to HRANS, depending on eligibility. Please consult the membership categories list for membership definitions and their respective requirements.

Instructions

Complete the online application form. Include your current resume and select the submit button. Applicants for student membership must provide proof of student registration by mail or fax.
Make payment online or send by mail or phone to the HRANS office. Payment options include cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Amex. Please follow the instructions on the page following your submission. If you are submitting your application by mail or fax, print your invoice you receive after you submit and send with payment.
